SLI Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in presenting or partnering with the Student Leadership Institute. The purpose of this form is to collect information about the leadership-related educational program you would like to present or would like to partner with the Student Leadership Institute on. Once we review this form we will let you know the status of your proposal or partner program offering.

We ask that you submit your event by the dates listed below. If accepted, this allows students to sign up for the event on our site (a requirement of the Student Leadership Institute) and to arrange our Student Leadership Consultants to come to the event to take attendance. The deadlines for submissions are listed by block below:

Deadlines for submissions:

Block 1: August 22, 2019 
Block 2: October 14, 2019 
Block 3: January 10, 2020 
Block 4: February 28, 2020
